Let’s face it, nobody enjoys dealing with health insurance challenges; we are more than glad to help ease the process. Please do not hesitate to partner with your NUMI clinician for assistance in navigating your health insurance. 

NUMI is committed to removing barriers to psychotherapy. We are currently in the process to partner with major California Health Insurances, beginning with Anthem Bluecross/Blueshield. Currently, our standard rate for individual psychotherapy is $160.

Additionally, psychotherapy may be covered by your pre-tax Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Spending Account (HSA).
